Jingle Sayson-Buena
Jingle Sayson-Buena (b. December 15, 1971 in Manila) is an accomplished vocalist and vocal stylist with extensive background in musical theater. Starting out as singer in a musical staged by Bulwagang Gantimpala, Jingle began getting projects from different audio production houses for advertising through word of mouth. Through songwriter and jingle producer Greg Caro, she met her husband, musician-arranger Arnold Buena. “I had a personal song that I made long ago for my dream album,” she shares. “I gave a copy to Arnold. He submitted that demo to Cacai Velasquez without my knowledge.” The song “Forever Blue” went on to become a smash hit. In addition, Jingle has written songs for various artists, including Gary Valenciano, Sharon Cuneta, Regine Velasquez, Eric Santos, Roselle Nava. Herself a versatile performer, she has interpreted her own songs as alter-ego Frozen Pie for the Metropop Songwriting Festivals.
These days, Jingle has been concentrating on her own business, Voice Wagon Services, the Philippines’ first dedicated solo and multitrack vocal supplier through internet file exchange.
